Warm Springs Cottage

Rates

$450 per night Fri - Sun *
$400 per night Mon -  Thurs *
4-6 night stay, take $25 off nightly rate.
7 or more nights stay, take $50 off nightly rate.

There is a two night minimum stay and three night minimum stay required on all holiday weekends.

  • No food service is included with the rental.

  • Sorry, but we do not allow pets.

  • The house is strictly non-smoking

Housekeeping will be provided at no extra charge at the end of your stay. If you require additional housekeeping during your stay, you may arrange it with the staff of the Jack London Lodge, at an additional charge.

These properties are all in quiet, residential areas, and guests shall be cognizant and respectful of neighbors, keeping noise to a minimum. No parties may be hosted at the properties.  

A release of liability and agreement re: damages will be required from each guest at check-in.

An advance payment equal to one nights stay shall be required at the time of making the reservation. The balance will be due 30 days prior to the arrival date.  Cancellations received earlier than 30 days prior to the reservation will receive a full refund less a $30 cancellation fee.  Cancellations received later than 30 days prior to the arrival date will result in a forfeiture of the entire amount due for the stay.  In the event of such late cancellation, the guest will receive a refund for any nights that can be rebooked.

Family Room/Kitchen/Dining

Creek Side Cottage at the Jack London LodgeThe large family room, kitchen and dining area features a wall of sliding French doors that open out to the back deck with views of the natural forest setting and Sonoma Creek.  The cottage has just been completely remodeled and has ceramic tile floors and countertops.  The fully equipped kitchen has a dual fuel gas stove with convection oven, stainless steel side-by-side refrigerator with icemaker, dishwasher and microwave,

The family room has a comfortable seating area with a fireplace, cable TV and DVD.  The dining area has a vintage oak side boy and dining table that seats six.

Living Room

The separate living room features hardwood floors, a large bay window and sliding French doors that lead to a private furnished deck.  The large overstuffed sofa, bookshelves filled with books, magazines and a computer desk make this a great place for quiet relaxation.

Bedrooms

King bed, hardwood floors, cable TV, and floor to ceiling windows that provide for great views.  Large private bath has a soaking tub with picture window and oversized shower.  Sliding French doors lead to a private deck with a large 6 person jetted hot tub.

Master Bedroom 2.  Has King bed, original pinewood floors, antique oak furniture, and private bath with tub/shower.

Bedroom 3.  Queen bed, original pinewood floors and sliding French doors leading to large deck with beautiful wooded views down to the creek.  This bedroom has its own bathroom with large shower off a nearby hallway.

Other Attractions

In addition to the many local wineries and state parks, the cottage is only a 45-minute drive from San Francisco or the coastal fishing town of Bodega Bay. The Napa Valley and Russian River are only 30 minutes away.
